PERSONAL TRAINING: 

Tighten, tone & melt those calories away! Personal Training can transform your body through resistance training.

We get the job done with safe and efficient exercise using weights, kettlebell, TRX, physioball,  bosu, battle ropes, mat exercise, tubing and more! Clients are inspired with experienced instruction, upbeat music and goal oriented programs. Private session - 30 or 50 minutes customized just for you!


YOGA - VINYASA

Open LevelJourney through postures, linking breath to movement. Calming atmosphere, soothing music, lavender massage, yoga props & aromatherapy. All levels welcome. One hour class, private or semi-private. 
Beginner Level: Perfect for first-timers or anyone feeling intimidated about trying a Yoga Class. Flow, stretch & learn at a relaxing pace. Step by step instruction; questions are encouraged & welcomed!

POWER YOGA EXPRESS:

Link breath to movement as we fluidly move through poses in this high energy class! Power Yoga is an exhilarating form of fitness-based vinyasa practice. This amazing 45 minute session is the perfect fusion of physical and mental training. The benefits include tightening, toning, increased stamina, strength, flexibility and stress reduction. A great workout in a short period of time, blending sweat and serenity as we exercise the mind, body and soul!  

Intermediate to advanced.

45 minute group class.


KIDS YOGA:

Yoga can be life changing for our children! In this one hour (Vinyasa) class we will exercise, develop confidence, increase concentration and develop inner harmony by linking our breath to movement. Our kids are under enormous pressure and Yoga can give them the tools to lead a more peaceful life. We have lots of fun too!
Yoga has many benefits:

  • improves overall lung capacity
  • fosters balance and core strength
  • teaches us to be present in our body and in the moment
  • enhances bone density
  • helps keep blood sugar balanced

SENIOR YOGA:

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga for seniors! Physically, Yoga can increase flexibility, mobility, strength and balance through low impact movement. Psychologically, it can help keep your mind sharp and increase positive emotions, mindfulness and awareness to self.
Kelly Fitness & Yoga is brimming with positive energy! Enjoy a calming atmosphere and soothing music as we link our breath to movement, with a 15% senior discount, of course! Age is just a number and it's never too late to try something new!


RESTORATIVE YOGA:

Restorative Yoga helps us to achieve a deep level of relaxation. It is the practice of aligning the physical and subtle body. Gentle movement for extended periods of time helps us experience stillness and inner peace. This class is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the stresses of a hectic life. Moving slowly through poses allows us to explore the mind/body connection. This class will combine a nurturing environment, soft music, aromatherapy and restorative props. All levels welcome!

YIN-YASA 

This class is a perfect fusion of relaxation and rejuvenation. The first half hour will incorporate soothing Yin postures held for three to five minutes using yoga props. From there we will flow into our vinyasa, linking breath to movement. Our practice will end in savasana, leaving us feeling peaceful, invigorated and balanced.

One hour group class or private.


MOMMY & BABY YOGA:

Breathe, stretch & connect with your little one as we journey through gentle postures. Soothing atmosphere & calming music. Packages can be combined with Group Vinyasa & Restorative just in case a little "you" time is needed! One hour class. Infant to pre-crawlers.
